Leah Oswanski (she/her) is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Board Certified Music Therapist (MT-BC), and Approved Clinical Supervisor (ASC) with over 20 years of experience supporting people through creative therapies as well as traditional psychotherapy. Leah’s specialty areas include grief, chronic illness, coming out- LGBTQIA+, coping skills, depression, divorce, life transitions, self esteem, stress, women's issues, and mood disorders with adolescents, adults and older adults. Leah offers support through both individual and family work with a variety of mediums, including creative arts therapy, existential, feminist, integrative and humanistic therapies, and music therapy. She has a passion for working with clients around transitions, grief, loss, fear, and change. “Transitions can be a challenging time in your life. Whether it is from the death of a loved one, divorce, the coming out process, being diagnosed with a chronic or terminal illness, or adjusting to life change, support can be a critical component of your healing.
