Q: Are you in-network with any insurance plans? A: We're an out-of-network practice, so we are not in-network with any insurance plans.
Q: What if I have out-of-network benefits? A: We do offer courtesy billing for most insurance plans, and are able to submit claims to most insurance companies if you have out-of-network benefits. If we aren't able to submit claims to your specific insurance plan, we can provide receipts for you to submit to them for any reimbursement that you may be eligible for.
Q: How much will my out-of-network benefits cover? A: Every insurance plan is different. If you're unsure of what your out-of-network benefits are, you can call your insurance company to inquire about your specific plan's benefits. Some helpful questions to ask include: Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits? If yes, what is my out-of-network deductible? After my deductible is met, what is my co-insurance percentage?
Q: What if I have a high deductible, no out-of-network benefits, or my insurance plan only covers part of the session fee? A: As per our policy, clients are responsible for payment at the time of the session. Clients are responsible for any amount insurance doesn't cover.
Q: What are your fees? A: Our initial intake session is $185; Individual 45 minute sessions are $140; parent/family & 60 minute sessions are $175; and 30 minute individual sessions are $95.
Q. What is a good faith estimate notice? A.
