Sand Tray Sand tray is a safe, powerful, and containing space where you can create worlds or scenes that symbolically represent situations and feelings in your life. The experience of creating and processing sand trays facilitates moving beyond places of feeling stuck, allowing them to be transformed. Sand trays involve the therapeutic use of a collection of miniatures. It offers a projective mode of therapy where the sandtray and the miniatures become the medium of communication. It is client directed, while the therapist takes on a witness role during creation & a facilitator role during processing. The process promotes safety and control so that emotionally charged issues can be addressed.
Therapeutic Art Art is an expressive healing modality with forms that are as varied as the individuals that create it. Whether exploring clay, creating mandalas, collaging, painting, coloring, or mask making, art is a beautiful way to express oneself and work through challenging thoughts, feelings & situations. When utilizing therapeutic art, it's more about the process of creating and meaning behind the art that the product, so specific art talent or previous experience is not required!
EMDR EMDR (eye movement desensitization & reprocessing) is a type of therapy that supports the brains natural tendency towards healing. EMDR is an 8 phase treatment modality that includes practices for soothing & grounding, processing unhealed memories, and enhancing positive perspectives.

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) / Tapping EFT is a gentle tapping along acupressure meridian points that can support the mind, body & emotions to find deeper balance, calmer states, and an effective way to process & release emotions.
